We recently launched an Engineering Services Department for Repairing and Re-Conditioning of the worn out spare parts by the following services:

Rebuilding of worn out area by:
     - METAL SPRAY COATING with wide range of materials i.e. (Stainless Steel, Inconel, Tungsten Carbide, Copper or Zinc), could be used
     according to the required application.

     - High Velocity Oxy Fuel (H.V.O.F.) powder Metal Spray.
     - High Velocity Arc Wire Spray.
     - DALIC Electro Selective Plating is a portable method of Electro Plating with no heat input for Re-building of worn-out parts & pitting type application, which protects the parts against chemical corrosion & mechanical wear, We can rebuild these by wide choices of consumables (i.e. Nickel & Nickel Cobalt, Copper, Silver or Gold).

All the above mentioned is Cold Working Process; hence no deformation or microstructure changes occur on the components or base material.
